KOMO Machine rolls out two customer reward programs

I have the pleasure to speak with KOMO customers every day and with over 3000 CNC machines in the marketplace, there is always something to talk about.   I’ve heard time and again from KOMO Machine customers just how much they love their KOMO’s and want their next machine to be another KOMO.   They rave about the quality, dependability and efficiency of their KOMO CNC machining center. 

To show our appreciation to KOMO machine customers and to thank you for being a KOMO machine user, we have rolled out two customer reward programs.

The first reward program is our Preferred Customer Program.  This program is open to our existing Komo Machine CNC Machining Center customers and provides rewards when you purchase an additional NEW Komo CNC Machining Center.  In return for the NEW machine order, the Preferred Customer Program offers discounts on parts orders and provides preferred service rates for the customers of existing KOMO machines.

The second reward program is our Customer Loyalty Program.  This program rewards our customers when they purchase parts and service from Komo Machine's Customer Service Department.  The Customer Loyalty Program offers three partner levels (silver, gold or platinum) that allow you to earn credit toward your future purchases without any sign up required. Each level has a purchase dollar threshold and provides a credit towards future KOMO parts and service purchases.

KOMO Machine values your business and appreciates you, our loyal customers.  We will continue to provide our customers with a quality product and excellent aftermarket product support.  KOMO machine has been in business for over 40 years including making CNC machining centers since the mid 1980’s.  We have the experience and know how to provide you with an innovative CNC solution.
