*Twelve (12) month period will start at the receipt of order and down payment.

**Travel will be billed from the time the technician leaves Komo Machine (or their regional location) until the technician arrives at your facility or Hotel. Travel time to and from the hotel will also be billed. Living costs include daily per diem, mileage to and from airport (Personal Auto), airfare, hotel, car rental, gas for rental car, parking, tolls and any misc. items. All hourly rates are subject to change without notice. Hours will be billed at 1 ˝ times the hourly rate after 5:00 pm or after 8 hours per day. Service calls requested after 5:00 pm will be billed at 1 ˝ times the hourly rate.
