Komo's On-Site Service Program

Komo machine builds your machine with an eye on quality. Quality raw materials, state-of-the-art manufacturing processes, proven purchased components; all are given a high priority during the design, building and testing of your Komo machine tool. But let's be honest, no matter whose machine you have, a Komo or one of our competitors, it's going to need service occasionally. Be it a component failure or accidental damage, knowledgeable servicing of your machine will be needed from time to time.

Our On-Site Service Program is designed to fill this need. No need to worry about how much a service call will cost you. The program is designed to take the guesswork out of budgeting for service labor costs, offering you a choice of two, three or four pre-paid, on-site service calls per year. And they include travel and living expenses!

In addition to predictable service labor costs, you also receive discount pricing on any service parts required throughout the program year.

The On-Site Service Program can reduce your need for dedicated maintenance personnel, and you can rest assured you will have knowledgeable, factory-trained technicians working on your machine.

Today's demanding production schedules require your equipment to operate at peak efficiency all the time. Your customers want to reduce their inventory, but when they need your product, they want it now. Missed delivery dates can result in stiff penalties, or loss of business. Machine availability is important to the success of your business.

One of the elements necessary to help ensure machine availability is regular maintenance. Performance of the manufacturer's recommended maintenance should be a priority. Not only will it help to keep your machine in production, it may result in higher trade or resale value. An additional advantage is that you will have verifiable maintenance records, which help to validate warranty claims.

Our Preventive Maintenance Program can assist you with required maintenance. Enrollment in one of our programs can reduce your need for maintenance personnel, or the time your operator spends periodically maintaining the machine.

The Preventive Maintenance Program will be performed by a Komo factory-trained technician, ensuring that all required maintenance is performed correctly, and the latest factory-recommended procedures are followed.
